The first Mega Man game for the 16-bit console and the first game in the Mega Man X series, a spin-off of the original Mega Man series. Mega Man X was first published in Japan on December 17, 1993 and was released in both North America and Europe the following year.

Ready? Review time! This game is just a classic, I would go into all the details of why I love it but this video below pretty much sums up exactly how I feel about the game. They do leave out one huge plus for me: the soundtrack to this game is absolutely METAL! Seriously, I love this game’s soundtrack so much I have the whole thing on my iTunes, and proud of it!

Pros:

Pick this one up. It’s a bit pricey compared to many other retro games, but it really is a great game all around. Challenging, (like all Mega Man games) but really great.
